Needed correct owners manual This is a follow up to our Sept. 30,2018 review. I arrived to request the correct owners manual for our new 2019 MDX. Koltan and Luke assisted me and This is a follow up to our Sept. 30,2018 review. I arrived to request the correct owners manual for our new 2019 MDX. Koltan and Luke assisted me and in turn Luke discovered the incorrect vin # documented in the maintenance manual. This was promptly corrected and actually I feel attributed to the fact our vechile was received from an outside dealership. Honest mistake. No harm done since all corrected. Luke also provided some tips on the features of the MDX which was very helpful and if I need further instructions on additional features, I will make an appointment with a delivery specialist. Happy to hear this role exists. More
