Wonderful Service Experience! My car started to make a strange noise. I called the dealership and they were able to get me in right away. When I got there they had a loaner car rea My car started to make a strange noise. I called the dealership and they were able to get me in right away. When I got there they had a loaner car ready and I was back on the road in less than 10 minutes! They were also able to change my oil and wash my car before I picked up my car the next morning. She was informative and to the point when I came to pick up the vehicle, she was very accessible by email or phone during the process and was very easy to work with. She was extremely welcoming and made my service experience seamless and enjoyable. I have even been an employee at a large dealership in the past and this was the best customer service I have ever experienced when bringing my car in for service.
