Taken care of. Sometimes you just go in for an oil change, other times there are weird noises from the engine. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation/balance Sometimes you just go in for an oil change, other times there are weird noises from the engine. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation/balance. On the way down my battery light turned on and it turns out my alternator went out. Despite me having only scheduled to do the tires and oil change they were able to take care of the alternator as well the same day. I had expected to be there for an hour maybe two max, however I ended up there for quite some time. I was asked on numerous occasions if I wanted an Uber or if there was anything they could do to make me more comfortable while I was there. Cars will always have trouble and things will eventually break or ware out. This is a great service location to be at while those problems are taken care of. More

A pleasant experience buying a new vehicle Max Donahue and Monty Lala were excellent to work with on buying our new Acura RDX SUV. They were helpful when we ordered the vehicle and they were helpful when we picked it up and paid for It. On the other hand, Acura sent me multiple requests to do a review of their service even after I had completed one. They sent me texts and e-mails multiple times. The only way to get them to stop was to complete a second review. Then they notified me that they were rejecting my second review because I had already completed one! Go figure. In this regard, one hand doesn't seem to know what the other is doing. Also, my AccuraLink did not work and it took multiple calls to tech support to get it functioning. It seems that Acura's technical team could use some help. I expected better. More

Used Car/SUV Search I had not purchased a car for over 8 years and needed something with great gas mileage and within a specific budget. Searched online and found Hendrick had a wide variety of used, certified cars. Max helped us, after walking into the Hendrick Acura store. He suggested a Jeep Renegade, which was a very nice car - but not the right car for me. Max found a Nissan Rogue at the nearby Lexus store and we drove it the same day. The Rogue was the perfect car, and Max had it inspected and cleaned by the next morning. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, not pressuring at all. Laura was very thorough in the purchasing phase, reviewing paperwork. More

Urgent tire fix - quick repair The tire low pressure indicator came on. I was less than 2 minutes away from Hendrick Acura and went directly to the Service Bay. I was greeted immediately and escorted to the Courtesy Lounge. In less than 20 minutes I was told the tire could be fixed (nail in it). 45 minutes later my car was washed and ready.
