Multi point inspection I specifically asked for in and out service for an oil change and it took over an hour and a half because service said they were over booked and under I specifically asked for in and out service for an oil change and it took over an hour and a half because service said they were over booked and under staffed. I didn’t even bother to stay for a wash as this would have extended my stay over two hours. More

Oil change I arrived at 3pm for my 315 oil change appt. I was greeted and paperwork completed. Expected 45min to 1 hr duration. I waited in lobby with 1 other cu I arrived at 3pm for my 315 oil change appt. I was greeted and paperwork completed. Expected 45min to 1 hr duration. I waited in lobby with 1 other customer. After 2 hrs I went looking for an update from anyone available. My car was finished a short while later. No other customers were in the lobby area during my wait. Not sure why this srvice took so long since I had a scheduled appointment More

Used to be very happy with Hendrick Acura service. Disappointed in my latest service experience at Hendrick Acura. The service advisor had recommended a few recommended repairs at my last oil change an Disappointed in my latest service experience at Hendrick Acura. The service advisor had recommended a few recommended repairs at my last oil change and provided a written quote and explanation of each item. I set up an appointment to have two of the items corrected the next week. Took the car in, had the repairs completed, went to check out and the invoice was for $60.00 more than quoted. I inquired about the overrun on costs and was told they had not included parts and shop fees in the quote. I paid the bill but this has left a bad taste in my mouth and wallet. For the first time in having service done at various Hendrick dealers over many years I feel like I have been had by a shady repair shop. Of course Hendrick is invited to review the written records and make amends if they should see fit, their choice. My hope is they will find that a clerical mistake had been made and correct it. Possibly talk to the advisor explaining that these kinds of actions lower the perceived quality, honesty, and customer relationships are damaged by these kinds of actions. I will stick with servicing my cars at Hendrick dealerships but I may, or may not, return to Hendrick Acura. More

My Acura Visit I was treated in a very professional manner!! My service with Carol Burnett was excellent!! She explained everything in great detail!! My only complai I was treated in a very professional manner!! My service with Carol Burnett was excellent!! She explained everything in great detail!! My only complaint was the skirting on the body was not repaired!! I was told it may be damaged... This was not damaged to my knowledge as it has been loose since delivery.. I need to take it back for repair.. This is an inconvenience as I live around 45 min. From the dealership.. As usual Carol said we would get a loaner while it’s repaired... zI keep going back to this dealership due to the fact they almost always offer loaner cars. This policy set this dealership above others as they seldom offer this service... my experience here is above and beyond any other delership I’ve ever been envolved with!! Thanks 👍 More
