I did not realize the vehicle was without the navigation system until I started to leave the dealership. By that time, it was too late. Koltan Schaaf, the manager, agreed to pay for a system to be installed in the vehicle, which gave me some relief. I, as the buyer, should have been more diligent with my inspection of the vehicle before the purchase. Laura Voss, who prepared the documents, was very professional. I believe Blair Redmond, the sales rep, did all he could to make the sale right for me, but could not undo the sale. More

Decreasing level of customer service I have been coming to this service center since I bought my RDX on 2009. In the last year customer service has significantly decreased. I was called by the wrong name and last visit I was not given all the options for service. Then later told it was my fault for not choosing the option not presented.
