Non luxury experience We’ve never purchased a luxury brand so I assumed the experience would be different. Our salesman was quite good, but that’s about where it ends. Purchased a certified loaner vehicle for a fair price but their dealer fees are quite high. We are still trying to get some minor paint imperfections fixed which were not visible in the evening when the deal was made. I did not appreciate a 2nd salesman not involved with our purchase, looking over our shoulders while filling out confidential credit apps asking questions about our income. Yep, that happened. Facility is below average for any brand. I’m hoping the service is good but we don’t know yet. The RDX is a very nice vehicle which I hope lasts us a long time. The overall verdict is still out.
