Very good Brought my car in due to an issue with the tire pressure sensors in my rear tires and to have my oil topped off. Adam was very professional and explai Brought my car in due to an issue with the tire pressure sensors in my rear tires and to have my oil topped off. Adam was very professional and explained carefully the issues that needed to be resolved in addition to replacing the pressure sensors. A puncture was repaired on the right rear tire and the left rear needed to be replaced due to a sidewall puncture. After waiting a short while Adam advised that a part they thought they had was not in inventory and the car needed to be kept overnight and he provided a loaner. I have just moved to the area and 100% of my previous service has been at David McDavid Acura in Plano Texas. As a result of my previous service experiences l wanted to continue using an Acura dealer for service. I was extremely satisfied with the service experience here and the individualized attention provided by Adam. Was really impressed when the cost was lower than the estimate! Will most definitely return to this dealership for all future service needs. Thank you. More

She is the reason we come to Hendrick Acura. We are in the Hendrick Family as we have a GMC we take to Hendrick Chevrolet in Merriam, Ks. There is no comparison between the two Dealerships. Hendrick Acura far exceeds customer service as a auto dealership. Other dealerships should compare their own businesses to Hendricks Acura as a business model.
