MY TL is so much fun to drive Sporty but so classy too...I actually knew I wanted it driving it home for the test drive that night!! As for my salesman ...Patrick Steiner ... He is the best of the best!! I immediately felt so comfortable ... no pressure & NOT NERVOUS!! THANK YOU PATRICK ...I feel like I have a new friend for life!! More
My wife and I were in the market for a 2014 MDX, and started the process at the local Acura dealership. In an effort to validate that we were going to get the best possible price, we decided to expand started the process at the local Acura dealership. In an effort to validate that we were going to get the best possible price, we decided to expand our search to a few dealerships within a decent driving distance. That is when we came into contact with Jenny at Hendrick Acura. We have purchased our share of vehicles over the years, but this was by far the easiest process we have ever been through. The initial communication with Jenny was a very solid and fair price for the MDX, that was far better than what the local Omaha dealership had made us. The trade-in negotiation process was extremely smooth and Hendricks easily met the amount we were after. Aris, in financing, worked diligently on getting us the best interest rate that he could, to keep our payments nice and low. At this point we are still waiting for the 2014 MDX with Technology package in Forest Green Metallic and Eucalyptus interior (which is harder to find than one would think) to be delivered to the dealership. I have no doubt that our time at the dealership to take possession of the MDX will be just as memorable of an experience as this whole process has been so far. Recommend the Hendrick Acura Overland Park dealership to anyone, especially over the Internet, Jenny makes the process extremely simple. More
This is the second Acura I've purchased in KC and the first from Hendrick. Put simply this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. My salesman, Patrick Steiner, was so straight forward and hone first from Hendrick. Put simply this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. My salesman, Patrick Steiner, was so straight forward and honest. When it came time to negotiate, that process could not have been simpler. I told them a price where I needed to be and they were able to accommodate that. Finally, the finance department was refreshingly fast and pressure free. They of course offered me a warranty program and maintenance program, which in all fairness were reasonably priced and extensive. When I declined, that was the end of the the discussion. No pressure at all. This is in stark contrast to last Acura I purchased from a different dealership in KC (hint: there's only one). They were very pushy in the finance department for the extended warranty. Also, Hendrick offers a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation plan that you can prepay and comes out to 33.33/visit for 6 oil oil changes. At my previous dealership, it was free, but for non-synthetic oil and tire rotations ran almost $20 so this package is a no-brainer. In summary, I found their service straight forward, honest, and professional. I'm very happy with my purchase and have already been referring them to family and friends. More

Patrick was an ideal salesperson, he was willing to listen to my desires for a new car and offered suggestions. We were given a car for a test drive without a sales escort. No sales pressure was put on us to buy but was give all the time necessary to make a good decision. I had performed several Internet searches prior to my visit to Hendrick to determine what a "Fair" price would be. Hendrick offered us and "fair" price for my used car and a "fair" purchase price for the new one. I am always concerned about getting take advantage of on pricing, but in this case I was happy. Since we made the original purchase, I have contacted Patrick several times with particular question about the car and the services that come it. He has always responded with good information. More

I've bought many cars in my lifetime, and in that process have visited scores of dealerships over the years. Michael was able to find me EXACTLY the kind of TL I was searching for-- something CARMAX and others were unable to do. Having researched for some time online, I was confident that Michael and Hendrick offered me a truly fair price on the car. No attempts to extract the highest price possible that has driven so many to CARMAX and similar. This was further confirmed when my friend from CARMAX -- a couple weeks later-- called to say that they had a TL now on their lot for me that matched my requests. When I asked their no haggle price, it was higher than what I'd paid, even tho it had 12k more miles. And Mike added a few extra perks as well. He's a good guy! I'm extremely pleased with the car itself-- totally LOVE IT, actually-- and I'm so glad to have bought from a dealership that put the car thru an extensive checklist that resulted in a " like new" automobile. You don't get that buying from an individual. Their follow up has been exemplary, and their service department so helpful that I'm glad to have purchased an extended warranty that will keep me in peace of mind for years to come. More
