We purchased the car on a Saturday and went out on Monday and immediately refinanced with a different company at a better rate. I don't feel she did all she could have for us and seemed almost put out by even needing to spend time with us. If she had been our first person of contact we would have turned around and walked out. I had been looking for a new car for over a month and had visited multiple dealerships in the metro area and was not impressed with what I encountered. I decided at the last minute to drop into Acura on Memorial Day, just to check it out. Sam greeted me at the door and made me feel welcome and at ease. He was patient, answered all of my questions, and wasn't pushy at all. Definitely one of the most genuinely friendly salesmen I have dealt with...not that fake-friendly-type of salesman one usually has to deal with at car shops. I ended up purchasing a new car that day and Sam took the time to patiently show me how to work all the bells and whistles on my new RDX. He followed up with me a couple days later, just to make sure all was well and to see if I had any more questions. He definitely makes himself accessible and he even returned my phone call when he was out of the office. I was very impressed with Sam's professionalism and knowledge. They took care of that, and Service Consultant Tom Seeling even found that my battery wasn't to their standards, so he had it replaced free under the warranty. Great quality guy in every way. I have never been so pleased with an auto experience in all my 40+ years of driving. I felt Michael Libby worked hard to get me an excellent deal, and the whole service experience has been exemplary. Most of all, I LOVE this car!!!! More
