New car purchase Dropped in a few months ago when first interested. Met Sam Lee who allowed me to take a test drive. Liked the fact he was not high pressure but did stay in contact with me on a occasional basis until my decision which came 2 - 3 months following the first meeting. Too many times when I visit car dealerships I am told repeated lies about interest in a given vehicle, usually used cars, but all the same a poor quality about a dealership and one that prevents me from ever going back. I hope the service department does a better job than the previous Acura dealership where I did business. Like the fact we quickly came to a price without too much going back and forth and one I felt was fair to both parties. More

"Unblievable Experience " I was so impressed with Sam Lee, my salesman. I had spoken to him a couple of times about a new RDX. I made the appointiment and when I walked in, I was so impressed with Sam Lee, my salesman. I had spoken to him a couple of times about a new RDX. I made the appointiment and when I walked in, everything was all set. I am a repeat customer and he had taken the upgrades on my current TSX and duplicated it for my new RDX, which is what I would have ask for. I was there less than 2 hours. I can't be more happy with my experience. Sam rocks!!!!! More

Out Standing Buying Experience!! We walked into the dealership not planning on buying a car that day but within 2.5 hours we were out the door with a new MDX. Everything from the salesman, Michael Libby, to the finance director Lynwood Williams, the experience was phenomenal. They both did their absolute best to get the price inline with what we were looking for at the time. Their ultimate goal was to make the car buying experience fun and painless and safe to say they exceed our expectations. This is the first Acura we have purchased and after our experience my wife and I agree it will not be the last car we buy from Hendrick Acura. Pleasent Change from the other Acura dealer! Took our MDX in for service. Tom was the service advisor and awesome care of us. Our last experience with the other Acura dealer was not good at all. Would buy from again!! Acura was one of the last cars we thought about looking at while searching for an SUV but thought since they were on the way to the other dealerships, Acura was one of the last cars we thought about looking at while searching for an SUV but thought since they were on the way to the other dealerships, it was worth stopping by. We felt welcomed by Sam right from the beginning. While doing the ride along, Sam went through every feature possible. Compared to other dealerships we visited, Sam/Acura knew everything about the product they were selling. We had nothing but a positive experience and did not feel pressured at all. Just so you know, we did not buy the same day we test drove. We thought we would at least try out a couple other makes and models of SUV's out there. We learned pretty quickly that nothing compared to what Acura had. The quality of product and limited amount of used cars on the market for Acura speaks volumes. Our next Acura will be purchased from the same dealership and hopefully the same sales rep. If you are looking for a quality dealership with top notch employees, stop by Henderick Acura, you will not be disappointed. More
