We were returning Acura owners; and, well before we entered the showroom, we had identified the 2015 RDX as the probable replacement for our older, 2001 Acura CL. Both the sales and finance processes at Hendrick's were transparent, efficient and professional. We were extraordinarily pleased with the purchase price. Sam Lee, at the sales end, was always attentive to our questions and seemed genuinely interested and respectful in meeting our needs. He and his sales manager, Dave Heitman, were the reasons we chose Hendrick’s over other dealers. Jenny Scullin, in the finance department, led us through the financial paperwork with great ease, good-humor and efficiency. The entire purchase process, including a two hour test drive, was over in one afternoon. Easy in with a 2001 coup and easy out with a 2015 SUV. Easiest new car purchase ever! I got a new Acura MDX last Sunday from Sam Lee at Hendrick Acura in Overland Park. I live in Columbia MO and the closest Acura dealerships are in St. Louis and Kansas City. I stopped in the Hendrick Acura showroom while in KC on Saturday and really liked the new MDX. Came home, did some more research and decided to lease one. I looked at the 4 closest dealers to my home and was surprised that Hendrick was open on Sunday. I called in and spoke to Sam Lee. There was no high pressure sales pitch or gimmick to try and get me into the store to further negotiate. Sam took my information over the phone and gave me an estimate within 30 minutes. I jumped in the car and was at the dealership within 2 hours. Sam already had my new Acura MDX detailed and ready for me. I suspect that I was in the dealership for less than 1.5 hours before I was driving home in my new MDX. Not once did they try to pressure me into anything. It was by far the easiest new car purchase/sale I have ever had. More

All were very pleasant and professional individuals with exceptional customer relation skills. We were familiar somewhat with the product; and, Sam –the salesman - was an ultimate professional assisting us. His assistance with reviewing aspects of the MDX triggered us to negotiate a purchase price that day. On delivery day, Sam graciously reviewed each of the vehicles operational details with us to ensure we had an understanding of the car’s driving features. That was extremely helpful because it was a quick class prior to getting on the road. Sam is a very sincere and capable sales person who presents the product to the customer in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We enjoyed working with Sam and recommend him and the dealership to anyone wanting to purchase an Acura vehicle. We very much appreciated the assistance that Dave Heitman and Jenny Scullin provided. Worked with really, really good folks for the purchase. They were upfront, honest, and worked with me in good faith. They were patient with me and very forthright in what they could and could not do with the deal. Of course I wanted better, that's my job in a car deal. We found common ground and completed the deal. I needed to come back to Hendrick Overland Park a month later given circumstances created by the fact that I was an out of state buyer. Nothing major and nothing caused by the dealership or the folks with whom I worked on the deal. Made it back to Overland Park, worked with the service department and the folks involved with the sale when I purchased the 2013 RDX. All went just fine. All items addressed and completed with no issues. The entire experience with Hendrick Acura in Overland Park, and the staff involved with the purchase/after purchase items, was excellent. I am from Nebraska. My wife and I are loyal Honda owners for many, many years. This is our first Acura. It won't be the last. When I am ready for my Acura (the RDX is for my wife), I will be travelling to Hendrick Acura in Overland Park to find it. I can't wait...
