Adam (who has helped me before) was quick to get me into the system, offer me a loaner car and ask what items I wanted checked. A little while later my car had a comprehensive review including checking the engine light. My assumed issue with my oxygen sensor was not the cause, but a more expensive part of the emissions system. The staff also identified a number of areas that needed future maintenance. Most of these items I was already aware of, a few newer ones I was not. Adam was detail oriented and helped me to understand the pros/cons of fixing certain items in conjunction with others to save on labor costs. Additionally, it was made clear which items were of a more critical nature than others (safety, future break downs, etc.). Dave Black, his manager Dave, and Brett Culp completely welcomed me into their family with a no-pressure, hands-off experience...all while being completely accomodating and "there for me." The entire staff was welcoming from when you first walk in, until they take your picture with your brand new car. The sales people are the most friendly, "non-pushy" that I've seen. And Dave Black was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made my wife and I feel like a part of the Hendrick family, and that's why we'll continue to use Hendrick for our next cars, and our childrens cars. Thank you Hendricks team, thank you. I was needing to replace my minivan and found out that Shelly was working for Hendrick, didn't think I was able to afford anything from there but I didn't want to stress myself so I decided to go see her. She placed me with DW, with his experience in sales and her expertise in Finance I got such a great deal I had family members as far as Alaska and NC wanting to come down to purchase a car from Shelly and DW. They said I made it sound like it was all fun and no stress....Well truth is, that's exactly how it was. I will follow this lady to the moon and back! It shouldn't be too long before we head back to see Shelly, our oldest daughter will be going off to college soon . More
What the car buying experience should be! Had my eye on an 2015 RDX but i wasn't sure if I could justify the purchase since my '08 Infinti EX 35 that I traded in was in good condition and had Had my eye on an 2015 RDX but i wasn't sure if I could justify the purchase since my '08 Infinti EX 35 that I traded in was in good condition and had very low miles on it. Walked into the Hendrick Acura on a Sunday afternoon and was greeted by Ed. Test drove the vehicle and I really love it. The size was perfect, and it had optional remote start which was a must for me and so many other vehicles in this class do not offer it. Ed and I talked a little about numbers and he discussed it with Sam and they offer me a great price on my trade, and an overall great value for the vehicle, and they were going to install the remote start for me with no additional charge. My husband wasn't certain about the deal and wanted me to go to with the other Acura dealer In town. Ed have me the offer in writing which no other dealership has ever done before. That I think made me really trust the dealership and Ed. Ed emailed and called me the following day and I told him I was still very interested but I hadn't been able to get to the other dealership yet and my husband still wasn't convinced. Ed told me the offer would be here for me when we were ready. I loved Ed low pressure approach. He encouraged me to visit the other dealership and I never felt pressured to either buy today or lose out. I visited the other dealership the following Tueday and presented my written offer. They were surprised with the offer I received as they knew it was pretty darn good. The offer to me verbally to beat the price by $500 to get the sale. I went home to talk to my husband and he still wasn't on board. On Wednesday, Ed called to tell me he was off on Thursday if I was considering coming in. I told him about the other dealership's offer and Ed very quickly responded with a emailed offer beating their price a little more. I decided at that point to go ahead with the purchase and informed the other dealership of my going with Hendricks so they wouldn't continually call me. They responded with a slightly lower offer and I informed Ed who promptly met their offer. Hendricks was more then fair with their offer and my decision to purchase with them was confirmed on Wedneaday evening. I appreciated how Sam and Ed had made me a good offer from the beginning, and I didn't have to haggle to get what I felt was a fair deal. They offer me what I wanted on my trade and threw in the remote start which Ed knew was important to me. He had them install the remote start for me prior to my taking delivery of the RDX on Friday at noon. I was so excited about my new vehicle and showed up earlier then they expected so the vehicle was ready but the paperwork wasn't yet. Ed showed me the service department and went over some helpful information and website to get more acquainted with my vehicle as I waited. Paperwork with Jenny went smoothly and then Ed helped me transfer my belongings into my new vehicle and install my car seat and went over the vast array of features the RDX offered. Then I was on my way. I am loving my new RDX! Thank you Ed for making it happen. More

I needed a remote start put on, and they did it on my schedule so I didn't have to make 2 trips. I came on a Saturday, and Brent was not available that day, I was handed off to Auggie Lee, and he did an amazing job, and I drove my new Acura home and couldn't have been happier. More

As it turns out, we got our vehicle below kbb suggested retail price with payments within our budget constraints.
