They made every effort to make sure we were happy with our purchase. We did need one small thing fixed on the vehicle and they ordered the part right away and gave us a loaner car on the day they made the repair. Friendly sales I went to the dealership to look at a car that, by the time I arrived, had sold. The double purchase should speak for itself about our satisfaction but we wanted to further express our appreciation. We dealt with Sean O’Reilly and Dan Zenunovic Our appointment began with the car we inquired about being ready and warmed up and we were test driving within 5 minutes of our arrival. The car had obviously been thoroughly checked out by Acura with no apparent issues. The negotiating process began with a fair market offer for our car and a fair market price for the car we were interested in purchasing. We really appreciated not having to hear insulting offers on both cars which assumed we hadn’t bothered to even look up values. We were treated with respect and at no time felt pressured. We have shared our experience with numerous people and will continue to do so. While no one we know is currently in the market, I’m sure someone will recall the story at a later time.
