Great experience I had been looking for a car for over a year and in that time I came across a wide variety of salespersons. Some of them were friendly but lacked pro I had been looking for a car for over a year and in that time I came across a wide variety of salespersons. Some of them were friendly but lacked product knowledge. Another salesman I encountered seemed arrogant and without even looking at my trade-in insinuated that they were not going to give me much for the car. When yet another salesman asked me what cars I had been looking at, other than his, he actually laughed at my alternate choices. Then I went to Hendrick Acura and met Nolan Swartz. He was unassuming, knowledgeable and great to work with. His respectful and friendly low pressure salesmanship was just right for me. Sean O'Leary was good to work with also. He was very impressed with my Honda Accord that I was using as a trade-in and offered top blue book value without me having to do any haggling.
