The staff was super friendly and attentive to what it was I was looking for. They did everything in their power to get me in the car I wanted. I was never pressured or rushed to make any decisions, even though it was a holiday weekend and they were closing in a few hours. I got a more than fair value for my trade in! I had test driven an Acura at another dealership before deciding to try Hendrick. I was unaware, but I arrived at Hendrick almost an hour after business hours. I entered the building and Sean insisted on hearing about the reason for my visit. I found a used car in the showroom that met my needs and Sean had it ready the next day for me to pick up and drive. From there, John Todd made sure the purchasing process ran smoothly and that all of my needs were met. Sam Lee was very friendly and got all of the financing taken care of quickly.
