He made sure the car fit our needs and followed up with us throughout the process. He even showed up at my work one day to pick up the vehicle to have some minor paint repair done. He made sure I had a courtesy vehicle, so I did not have to hitch a ride. A good opportunity to try out an Acura MDX! Remy is honest, knowledgeable and does not make you feel pressured. Sales associates at the other dealerships that I contacted, were reluctant to give any information by email and responded to my email by calling me immediately. Not to mention they gave me the impression that if I walked into their dealership, I would be leaving with a car, but not necessarily the one I wanted. It was going to be the one they wanted me to buy. Honestly, Acura was not my first choice when I started looking for a new car, but because of Ed's willingness to work with me and his patience, I decided to go with the RDX.
