I dealt with both the new and pre-owned side of the operation upon arrival, but primarily worked with the pre-owned side of the operation. From start to finish, Belinda made me feel comfortable and welcome with any and all questions I had. Upon engagement with the purchasing & financingprocess, I met Sean and Shannon; two associates with whom I had an equally welcoming and pleasant experience. They talked me through every step of the way in a very transparent and honest manner which I sincerely appreciate. At the same time, I was introduced to Auggie, who also was thoroughly professional, kind, and willing to meet all my needs. These four Hendrick employees stayed two hours past closing in order to complete the transaction. While I know that they are duly compensated for my purchase, they never once indicated any unpleasantness in staying past the closing hour.
