Stopped by to test drive the MDX because we were looking for a car that could sit 7 but was not a minivan nor a house on wheels (nothing against either, they have their uses) Were courteously and professionally shown around by Mike Libby and by the end had developed a good rapport with him. Spent the next 3 days playing the negotiation game thru Mike on a car that had caught our attention. he was responsive, informative, and firm. It was a fun experience, brought in the kids, got to interact with the other folks at Hendrick, who were all gracious, it was all relaxed and casual, but against the backdrop of some really neat automobiles. Don't be mistaken though, this is still a dealership in the business of selling cars, and if they don't sell any, then they can't be in business. If one keeps that in mind going in, there'll be no -ve surprises. I believe it is of some import to note that they would like your business, not just to sell you a car, but to also provide first rate services to keep you as a return customer, which is great for me. I am appreciating my MDX, and appreciating the responsiveness of the Hendrick crew and their attention to my satisfaction. I look forward to growing this relationship. More
