What brought me into this dealership was their great selection of used and certified Acuras. Not only was the selection great, but the sales staff treated me very well. My salesman asked me what I wanted, what I needed, and then worked with me on getting the most with my budget by providing me with a very fair and honest price on the Acura. The sales manager even offered me a very strong trade in offer that I was very pleased with. Finance also took care of me by giving me honest advise. I wasn't up-sold on anything I didn't really need given my situation and ownership expectations. I was happy to do business with Hendrick and will be back when I decided to upgrade in the future. Excellent car buying experience-would definitely recommend!! We were looking for a pre-owned Acura certified "blue" relatively new TL with low miles. There are definitely not that many around. My husband and I We were looking for a pre-owned Acura certified "blue" relatively new TL with low miles. There are definitely not that many around. My husband and I live in North Carolina. The closest one we could find that we were interested in was in Overland Park, KS. We had an "03 Acura that we wanted to trade-in so we called up the Overland Park dealership, talked with the salesperson, sent them pictures of the '03 Acura and basically made the sale over the phone. We drove out Memorial Day weekend and in about an hour drove off the lot with a beautiful 2013 TL. I am all for buying local but, I have never had a car buying experience like this one. There was no haggling, no running back and forth to the sales manager or credit manager, no pressure to buy all of the extras, no getting upset and having to leave the dealership and then return a few days later!!! The price we were quoted over the phone was the price that was on the paperwork when we arrived. Our experience was excellent to say the least. Yes, we drove 16 hours one way to trade in a vehicle and buy a car but, it was worth the ride not to have to deal with the hassle that we have with the car dealerships here in North Carolina. I would do it again. Hopefully, next time we would not have a trade in and could fly out and just have the drive back. I would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Very professional dealership We had already pretty much decided on the 2016 RDX AWD and even the package, the advance package. Previously had a Lexus 330 which I drove for 10 year We had already pretty much decided on the 2016 RDX AWD and even the package, the advance package. Previously had a Lexus 330 which I drove for 10 years and was still a good car, just 10 years old. Previously purchased from Hendrick Lexus dealership. Went to this dealership on a Sunday knowing it was open. Met with Ed Plisner who was extremely pleasant and accomodating. I appreciated that his first question was who would be the primary driver, rather than assuming it was my husband, which has happened more times than not. Drove the car, really liked it. Being a 2016, only one was available on the lot and I didn't want the color/interior combination. Worked with Ed to order what I did want and received the car a few weeks later. We did have to call the finance person a couple of times to get final numbers and so forth but they were extremely apologetic about not returning calls in a timely manner. Worked with us not on the price of the 2016 car but on the price of the extended warranty and prepaid service package. Met the cost from the competitive dealership. Have now driven it for 2 1/2 weeks and think it is an awesome car. More
