I never felt pressure and I am thrilled with my purchase. There was no pressure and Sam was very fair with negotiation and the purchase of my MDX. Rob was very straight forward and made the process painless. Rob and Shannon stayed late and the dealership had entertainment to occupy the kids (TV and popcorn). Although I had briefly done my "homework" on the internet, the final price for the 2016 MDX was very good without the hassle of having pressure put on me to continue having to renegotiate the final price. The inventory for the vehicle I selected was in stock, and I could take possession immediately. All personnel that I met at Hendrick Acura were courteous including the sales manager, the finance person, and the general manager. I have a some minor issues with this new MDX. So I have scheduled service and will see how the service department does their job. This is the first brand new MDX (I have had 3 others) that has had minor issues . Those will, hopefully, be resolved at the service appointment. The Acura MDX has been a extremely reliable automobile which prompted me to purchase another. Based on my limited experience with this dealership, I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy an Acura. More

He took the extra steps to keep open communication during our search via email, text message and phone. Our family has a unique work/life balance and the finance team went above and beyond to get our paperwork complete. We never had to compromise on what we wanted and Nolan made sure of that. We just cannot say enough good things about their service department, having worked with service advisors Adam and Jon. They just go out of their way to make service appointments as painless as possible. We knew we wanted a 2016 RDX and working with Belinda was great. She was friendly and knowledgeable and everything went very smoothly. We would recommend her to friends. Dean Saddler was also very helpful in the process. The delivery coordinator Rachael helped us with all the new technology and made sure we had a good understanding. We appreciated that.
