The entire team were professional, courteous and exceeded my expectations. They were easy to work with and did an outstanding job. There were no high pressure sales techniques and we got in and out very quickly. We only dealt with 3 individuals Andrew Barth (Sales), Peter Pellegrino (Management) and Sam Lee (Finance). Andrew was our salesman and I highly recommend you ask for him if looking for a car. I'm sure their other sales personnel are great, but Andrew did an outstanding job. David Black our sales guy, Shannon Wood and Sam Lee in finance were all pleasant, had good followup and were generally great to work with. They had to find the vehicle we wanted and were right on time with there estimates on when it would arrive which is uncommon at least in my experience. We get a new vehicle every couple years so have a good idea on which dealers are good or not. Our experience at Hendrick Acura was 5 stars ...thanks to the folks that we interacted with.
