We started looking for a new car for my wife at CarMax. We were hesitant to start at a "dealership" due to all the stereotypes and stress that go along with it. Nothing wrong with the CarMax system, we were able to test drive several different brands in a short amount of time but the sales reps didn't know a lot about each individual brand so you have to do a lot of research on your own. When we narrowed it down to an Acura, we contacted Hendrick to shop around for the best deal. Ed Plisner provided a competitive quote immediately. The price was about the same for a New car at Hendrick as what we found for a Used car at CarMax. When we went in to test drive the car, Ed was able to provide much more specific information about the car than we got at CarMax. Ed was very nice, low-key and low pressure. We greatly appreciated the time he spent explaining the entertainment system and safety features. Ed was awesome. Lorie was awesome. Hendrick was awesome.
