Tara revived my hope, and gave me 100% confidence in her and Hendricks. Upon arrival, we were met by Sam, an amazing dealer. He was friendly, and made every effort to introduce us to all the people we would be working with. He was able to find me a NEW car, within my monthly budget, and worked us in for same day install of remote start. 3 hours later, and some (suprisingly un-stressful) paperwork, I drove my 1st new car off the show room floor. A+ seller, A+ loan, A+ dealership. Mr. Hendricks has given all his employees a moral to follow, and it shows. Everyone was friendly, to my husband and I, and to each other. Called & told to start by talking to Lee Trusty, Pre-Owned Auto sales manager, who referred us to Todd Heston/sales rep after telling him we don't respond well to high-pressure salesmen. Todd was very easy to deal with, went on test drive with us but let us talk with each other as if he wasn't there, helping with info as needed. We liked car, so told him we'd like to buy it but had hoped to spend less, so he talked to sales manager and they knocked off several hundred dollars, plus they agreed to replace the old battery for us at no added cost. Then dealt with Cam Nguyen re: financing, so took our info (we had found loan rates that might be available from 2.49% to several at 2.87%. We were a little concerned when she hadn't locked it in within a day, only to be very pleasantly surprised when she told us she found a 1.99% rate for us by arguing our great credit score to the bank with the lowest rate offered. All around a great experience, with very good dealer warranty offered at no extra cost. We highly recommend the dealership and the people we dealt with at Hendrick Acura. More

During our price negotiations, Sam never got frustrated or impatient with us and really went to bat for us with the pricing. We are so grateful that he did because we got to leave with a gorgeous new car!
