From the time we walked in to the sales room I knew this was a well run place - we were met a the door and the sales man came out like he already knew me. We drove the car (2008 TL) and liked it. I looked around at other cars all week after that and decided that the black TL from Hendrick Acura was the right one. I called on Friday and made a deal over the phone - picked up the car on Saturday with the WHOLE family and the people at Hendrick Acura could not have been nicer. The sales man sat at the desk with me and my son and he explained the whole car buying process, including the paperwork, to my 16 year old son as we went along. This was a great learning experience for my son and a fantastic buying experience for me. This is how per-owned car sales should be done. More
