Releasing a vehicle done via Phone I just came back from a 15 day personal trip, to a house project that was begin completed when I was gone and trying to catch up at work. Paul contacted me about the recall on my airbag and we got into the discussion of potentially leasing a new RDX. Paul made the process very easy for me with all I had going on at the time and we were able to do everything over the phone until the day I brought home my new 2016 RDX. Paul and Dean(James) were able to negotiate a deal on the RDX that I believe was a great deal based upon the new functionality of the car and added remote start. Sam stepped in on Paul's day off to assist me with another review of the features and setting up my SUV when I picked it up. Everyone made the process very easy and very little time for me sitting at the dealership with paperwork and such. Cam did a great job quickly completing my paperwork.
