Beyond expectations. Stopped Hendrick Acura by to look at a used vehicle after a sub-par shopping fiasco at a competing Acura Dealer. I was greeted in a way that made me Stopped Hendrick Acura by to look at a used vehicle after a sub-par shopping fiasco at a competing Acura Dealer. I was greeted in a way that made me feel welcome at the facility by the Sales Manager, David Bierswirth. David listened to my story and said he had the right sales person and the right vehicle to fit my needs and my budget, he was right on both counts. Luke McCrumb was a great fit who actively listened to my family's needs and wants, suggesting a few more options from Hendrick's vast (really) inventory. Luke took the time to drive across town to a sibling Hendrick store bringing back a car for me to look over, he did so during during rush hour traffic. The manner in which Luke and the rest of the Hendrick team treated me and my family made us feel valued and respected. David's suggestion in vehicle also turned out to be the correct choice for us, as well as a outstanding value. After seeing the 34 point inspection service and the corresponding repairs Hendrick Acura provides before they sell a used car we were left with little question about the integrity of the stated condition of the Accord. We could not be happier with the experience and the corresponding results. Simply put, our experience at Hendrick Acura was: beyond expectations. More

When I got back at almost 11 my car wasn't even started so I still had to wait an hour. The guy who took care of me first thing in the morning Mike couldn't even remember who I was. Plus every time I get my car serviced they try to sell me on some BS service my car doesn't need. This place is a joke. Unless you are an idiot with money, use common sense and avoid this place More
Had a very bad experience dealing at this service center During my last service appointment at this dealership, they suggested me to replace my rear brake pads and rotors for my Acura TL. Last week I schedul During my last service appointment at this dealership, they suggested me to replace my rear brake pads and rotors for my Acura TL. Last week I scheduled an appointment to replace my rear brake pads and rotors, instead they ended up replacing my cars front brake pads and rotors which has more life than the rear brake pads. This is insane. They charged me for the service i never asked for and the cost of the replacing the front brake pads and rear ones is twice more than the cost to replace rear brake pads and rotors. I contacted this dealership a couple of days back and never heard back from them. NOTE: PLEASE BE CAREFUL BEFORE YOU TURN YOUR VEHICLE FOR SERVICING AT THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY MIGHT CHARGE YOU FOR THE SERVICE YOU NEVER ASKED FOR. More
Overall Excellent Experience I found my vehicle using a car buying service through my bank. I was a little hesitant and weary, as this was only the second time I have every purcha I found my vehicle using a car buying service through my bank. I was a little hesitant and weary, as this was only the second time I have every purchased a car (kept my last one 11 years), and I had not stepped foot in a showroom in 11 years. Plus, I live about 200 miles away and could not get there until the weekend. I had no idea what to expect. The sales rep, Nick, got in touch with me immediately and answered all of my questions over the phone. He stayed in contact over the next five days, answering my emails and returning my phone calls immediately. My experience when I arrived was just as pleasant. Nick spent a good deal of time with me, showing me how to use the car's navigation and media system, taking a test drive, and being genuinely pleasant and engaged. Cam helped with the financing, and was able to get me an interest rate even lower than the super-low rate my bank had pre-approved me for. It took a little while, but she did a great job and I am a very satisfied customer. The staff and atmosphere of the dealership were professional, attentive, and helpful. I highly recommend this dealership. More

One the first day, we talked about package options and different types of cars. On the second day, we test drove several cars. On the third day, I was sold and drove home with a beauty of a car. Luke was knowledgeable about the features of the vehicles, professional, courteous, and laughed at all of my jokes. It was easy to build a rapport with Luke which enabled me to talk freely and feel comfortable making the purchase. I would highly recommend Luke!!!!! More
