SO, SO, SO SAD !!! I RARELY EVER GIVE REVIEWS BUT THIS TIME IS THE EXCEPTION. I first called this car dealer from out of town and let them know I'm interested in !!! I RARELY EVER GIVE REVIEWS BUT THIS TIME IS THE EXCEPTION. I first called this car dealer from out of town and let them know I'm interested in a vehicle they have for sale. The salesman was supposed to find out some info and get back to me BUT DIDN'T. I called again and the salesman said the sales manager was going to get back to me BUT DIDN'T. I called again the next day several times and NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. Finally the manager called me back and said they were motivated to sell the vehicle so he was going to get back with me BUT DIDN'T. I called again and no response. Finally, the salesman called me back on Monday to say basically they wouldn't sell but a few hundred $$ lower (the car was well over priced by thousands). I got in touch with salesman one more time to confirm their price and asked the salesman to at least let me know "YES" or "NO" BUT NO PHONE CALL. I must have called some 8 times or so. I'm not certain what's wrong with this dealer but I'm a serious customer with real cash in hand wanting to make a purchase. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS COMMUNICATE. In other words DO WHAT YOU SAID YOU WERE GOING TO DO - SO, SO, SO SIMPLE!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER NOR WILL I EVER SPEND ANY $$$ HERE IN THE FUTURE. More

Without his effort, we likely would have not purchased from this dealer. As we completed the purchasing process, Rob also did a great job of explaining the features of our car before leaving the lot. With all of the electronics in cars these days, this has quickly become a very important step. Both Rob and David Cooperstein did an excellent job of explaining the paperwork and facilitated that part of the process flawlessly. The genuine nature of these individuals was unmistakable. More

Pleased with Lease of Acura I was quite pleased with the initial greeting from the sales team (especially Dave Black). I was really just doing some comparison shopping and even I was quite pleased with the initial greeting from the sales team (especially Dave Black). I was really just doing some comparison shopping and even explained that I was also looking at a competition brand. The salesman still took the opportunity to spend time with me and explained clearly the features of the Acura options which I had some interest. I left feeling that I would definitely have Acura on my short list, and was even more satisfied when I received a call later that evening asking if I had any further questions. As it turns out, my wife and I had just been discussing and was interesting the option to lease vs purchase. Dave fully explained and invited us back the next day to discuss further. We returned and had an opportunity go through the negotiation process and finally made a discuss to move forth with the lease. In a matter of less than 24 hours, we'd found the car and deal that we would be comfortable with. More
