I knew I was in the market for an MDX, so my husband and I set out to Hendrick Acura in Overland Park to find the right vehicle for us. We were greeted promptly by Laura Voss, who showed us around the lot and took an interest in what we were looking for to ensure we left with something that fit our needs. I have been a long time fan of Acura, so I knew exactly what it was I was looking for. Laura was very patient while going over options and vehicles that were available in their lot. We found the right MDX for us and left satisfied customers. The next morning, I noticed a scratch/dent on the passenger rear door that was almost two feet long. I was immediately very disappointed that I had not noticed this while we were looking at this vehicle in the lot. When Laura called a couple days later to follow up on our purchase, I mentioned this to her. I understand that I purchased a used vehicle and that means that it isn't in perfect condition as it would be were it new. However, this scratch bothered me a lot. Laura told us to bring the vehicle by and they would see what they could do to fix it. We came by and both Laura and her manager came out to the vehicle and they agreed to take care of us. There was no hassle or accusing us of causing this damage after the purchase, which I appreciated. They directed us to the service department, who fit us in the following day to fix it. They also offered us a loaner car for the time that it is in the shop. I have found their customer service to be excellent, both in the sales and the service departments. We will definitely return to Hendrick Acura again in the future. More

2015 Sporty TLX CPO w/Upgraded Wheels and Tires Never had been in an Acura and wasn't sure whether an ILX or a TLX would fit my needs. Then when surveying the showroom I found some wheels and tires I couldn't live without. Don mentioned this to Sam and he made me a deal I couldn't refuse. Don was just the best person to work with. He was not pushy and made every effort to make the deal the very best fit for me. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership and especially Don Smith. I feel that they have taken care of me. Tim made financing painless and brought up valuable points that helped me in my decisions. Thanks to everyone at Hendrick Acura! I got a fair deal on the vehicle and the paperwork didn't take much time and they had no problem with me securing my own financing. My only issue is $699 for a doc/admin fee is a bit outrageous. However, I would buy another vehicle from Don Smith tomorrow if I could. Also thanks to a Josh in the detail shop for doing a great job polishing out some scratches and doing it right away after his lunch break. In fact, all the staff was very nice to work with. More

But I was so wrong...IT WAS GREAT!!!. Dave met all of my expectations...and then went on to exceed them to a degree I've never experienced while purchasing a car...especially a PRE-OWNED one! Pricing was spot on, salesman Dave Black was VERY polite, courteous and thorough, Tim Griffith in the business office was very knowledgeable and efficient and "Felicia" did an amazing job with us two old technology-challenged "baby-boomers" and patiently worked with us while we took delivery, explaining all of the 2015 MDX"s MANY features! Oh yeah, and if your in the market for a brand new Acura, New Car Sales Manager Dean Saddler will treat you right. Overall a superb experience...can't rate this dealership highly enough! More
