Long Wait I’ve been servicing my vehicle at Jay Wolfe Acura for 8 years and normally my visits are enjoyable. I bring my car in for routine maintenance and like I’ve been servicing my vehicle at Jay Wolfe Acura for 8 years and normally my visits are enjoyable. I bring my car in for routine maintenance and like to wait for my service to be completed. On average it takes 1.5 hours. Their waiting room is great and I can usually kill time looking at the newer models of cars in the show room. I don’t know what the reason was, not did they explain but my last visit I was waiting over 3 hours. I made an appointment at 10:30am and didn’t receive my car until after 1:30pm. When I explained to the service associate I had a meeting at 12:30pm, he quickly set me up with a loaner vehicle. In the future, when I am told my car will be completed by a certain time (in this case, no later than 12:15p) I would expect the staff to contact me about the delay. My phone number was on file and I was physically waiting on site. More
Excellent customer service I asked if I could pay extra for them to clean the inside of my windows and Dusty went above and beyond and did it himself!! Jon was very accommodating, allowing us to drive multiple vehicles and explaining the differences between the various trim levels. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the base model RDX had a lot of the features we wanted with a reasonable price tag. Our sales experience with Jon and Jimmy was excellent - low/no pressure and a willingness to honestly negotiate. I was very pleased with our experience. Only rated 4 out of 5 stars due to feeling rushed through the financing portion of the deal. I hope the service team measures up to the sales team, and looking forward to those complimentary paninis.
