Oil change Im amazed that going in for service on my car can actually be enjoyable! Dillon is a delight to work with. He noticed that I brought my Harry Potter Im amazed that going in for service on my car can actually be enjoyable! Dillon is a delight to work with. He noticed that I brought my Harry Potter book with me and we had fun discussing the books, movies and my recent trip to Harry Potter World. Great place - bad day for service rep Normally my husband takes my car for me and has a great experience. Not that this was entirely bad for me, made an appt. very easy to do, brought in my car greeted by service writer Robert. went over the service that would be performed made recommendations and got my approval. when I returned to pick up my car I went to his kiosk and waited he was at the other end, when he returned he asked me to step out as he was previously helping a customer who appeared behind me, that was fine, I could tell there was some type of frustration going on he walked off a few times and returned. when he finished he walked off again and there I stood waiting still, finally another rep asked if he could help me and I stated I was there to pick up my car, he got me taken care of quickly, then Robert appeared, they weren't sure of where my car was parked and some one else had my key (it was out front - I just didn't see it when I was dropped off). Everyone has bad days, but to continually leave me standing without a I'll be with you as soon as I can or some kind of acknowledgement was somewhat frustrating for me after 15 minutes of waiting. More

Disorganized & cheap When we made the appointment for oil change and tire rotation and balance, we asked if we could have a loaner car to be able to go back to work. We were assured that one would be available but when we arrived they stated that they can't provide a loaner because the service will take less than 2 hours. Well, if that's the case, why did you promise us that when we made the appointment? Also, the battery on the key needed to be replaced they you charged us 12 dollars! really? you needed to charge me 5 dollars to for 30 seconds of changing the battery! our Lexus dealer didn't do that and just gave it to us for free. I was planning on changing the tailgate mechanism but after this experience, I decided to go somewhere else and give them the money to change it. More
