Excellent service despite the miscommunication The third party booking service who set up my appointment did not know what service I needed nor did they know how long the service would take. So, I asked the 3d party booking agent if I would get a courtesy car. She assured me numerous times I would get a car. She also assured me a service rep would call me prior to the appointment to review my services, cost and time. When I arrived I realized the 3d party booking agent had not communicated anything to my service rep. I was told I would get a car and planned accordingly. I only needed an oil change but they still gave me a car. Thank you Jordon! If the 3d party booking agent would have simply communicated to me that I only needed a 20 minute oil change I would have waited. Your in store people are fantastic! A positive car buying experience Norm was a new sales person who did a great job of finding me the car I wanted. I knew what I wanted and what I DIDNT want. Since I was not under a time pressure to find a car, he took the time needed to search and keep me updated on incoming vehicles that fit my categories. It took 6-8 weeks but then the perfect car came. I was thankful for Norms help. More
Great experience and very helpful !!!! I had been looking for a nice used car for months!! Had been online looking and visited many dealerships. Frequently felt a bit uncomfortable as som I had been looking for a nice used car for months!! Had been online looking and visited many dealerships. Frequently felt a bit uncomfortable as some sales people were very pushy at other dealers. I was with my 2 daughters on the evening of December 28th, as we were determined to find a car by the end of the year. We found a car online we wanted to see at Jay Wolfe Acura and decided to go have a look at it. We walked onto the lot of Jay Wolfe Acura, pre-owned vehicles and out came Norm to greet us. He was easy to talk to about what I was looking for and never tried to sway us in any other direction. Needless to say, we drove off the lot that evening with a newer car for me. Even my daughters brought up how easy Norm was to deal with compared to other salesmen at other dealerships. Norm has been in touch with me several times after the purchase of the car to make sure all was going good and offering assistance for anything I needed or had questions about. I would highly recommend Norm and Jay Wolfe Dealership and will for sure use them again in the future, Patty K. More
Emergency Battery Replacement I realized my battery was getting weak on Sunday and decided I'd be at the dealership doors at 7:00 AM because I didn't have an appointment and had a I realized my battery was getting weak on Sunday and decided I'd be at the dealership doors at 7:00 AM because I didn't have an appointment and had a huge day in front of me. Unfortunately my battery betrayed me and my car wouldn't start Monday. I had an emergency service start my car but didn't arrive at Jay Wolf until 9:15 worried that it'd be several hours before I was on the road. But service rep Dillon Rath had a new battery installed and me on my way in less than an hour. I've been a dedicated customer of Jay Wolfe's service department for more than 12 years and would go nowhere else for service. Not even for a battery replacement! More
