Amazingly helpful from top to bottom I didn't plan on buying my car so soon, but everyone at Jay Wolfe made it so easy and amazing that I just couldn't help myself. Trevor made everything run as smoothly as he could, even when I had things on my end that were chaotic. Jimmy never stopped in constantly to make sure everything was going okay and made sure I got the deal I needed. Jeff made me comfortable for the finishing touches on the paperwork, and then I was off to the service area to meet Robert, who made sure I knew my new beauty would always be in good (and prompt) hands whenever I needed. Then Trevor whisked me off for the hands-on, comprehensive set up and demonstration to make sure I knew exactly how to use everything in my very technology driven car. I know that I can call him whenever I need ANYTHING. What a dream place to have worked with. Literally every single person was a delight to deal with, up to and including Kyle and the other guy whose name I feel terrible about for not remembering that work in The Lounge. Bottom line, I would recommend Jay Wolfe Acura to anyone! More

I was then escorted to the excellent waiting area and enjoyed complimentary coffee and breakfast. The service was completed on time and I was then escorted to my newly washed car. This was absolutely the most pleasant car maintenance experience that I have ever had. More
