I didn't plan on buying another Acura because of the lack of response to the oil consumption issue, but Jimmy and Trevor worked out a deal to keep me as an Acura customer. I'm still very disappointed in Acura's failure to acknowledge the oil consumption problem, but happy with the effort Jimmy and Trevor put out to find a solution. More

A loaner was provided for 2 days. Minor point - on each occasion that this car was in for service the documentation indicated that the car was washed and vacuumed. The car was neither washed nor vacuumed on either visit. More

I am grateful that he takes the time to fully explain what is wrong and answers my many questions! I will continue to take my car to Jay Wolfe for service as long as Dusty is there. More
