I had called over and talked to Dillon Rath about my issue and trying to figure out logistics of d Dropped my car off after hours with a bad battery. I had called over and talked to Dillon Rath about my issue and trying to figure out logistics of dealing with the battery issue before they closed. To my surprise, Dillon called at 7:15 AM the next morning to check to see if everything was ok. He was calling to check in, he didn't even know that the car was there, but he wanted to make sure I had everything I needed. I was extremely impressed. It's nice to feel like you have someone in your corner at the dealership, making sure things were good with the car. Overall, service was fine, no issues whatsoever, but Dillon going above and beyond was awesome. More
