Very accommodating and friendly I went in for a possible tail light assembly issue. The service representative (Jack) noticed I had a recall item that they could address for an addi I went in for a possible tail light assembly issue. The service representative (Jack) noticed I had a recall item that they could address for an additional 2 hours. Through their inspection they found I also needed an alignment which they were able to take care of also. Jack offered a loaner car early, but I chose to wait in the lounge where I could work on my computer. Jack kept me informed of the work they were doing and was able to get the tail light assembly replaced through my extended warranty. Due to a struggle replacing the recall part I ultimately decided to take the loaner car so I could take care of a couple of things I had planned for my day. The loaner car was an easy process and I was out of there in minutes. Same when I returned. I really enjoyed working with Jack. Thanks! More
Knowledgeable and friendly I visited the website and scheduled an appointment. Holli emailed me back ASAP to confirm. Got to the dealership the next day. I met Jimmy and he walked me through what I was looking for. Jimmy then handed me over to Gretchen. Gretchen explained in detail everything about the car and on we went for the test drive. Trust Jay Wolfe Acura's service so that was a win-win for both of us. Planned to leave the car overnight but Jordan was able to get us in and out in short order. Very pleased with overall experience and know the work was done correctly and if we ever have a problem, we know they stand behind their work. More
