I felt at home from the first time I walked in the door. After I left the first time, I was never hounded, or constantly contacted to get back in to buy a vehicle. A simple "check-in" from the salesman here and there was all it took. I could have gone somewhere else and bought a new car, but the people (specifically Norm Dean) at Jay Wolfe made me want to buy one from them, and that's what brought me back. More

It is a great feeling to get a Complimentary Multi-Point Inspection. My car needed a wash, so I set up an appointment online and drove up an hour later with no wait. The service agent pointed out an item I should probably attend to because of the age of the car that I was unaware of. I waited in the lounge in very comfortable chairs, a large screen TV, and WIFI. There I enjoyed a complimentary drink and sandwich during my wait. By far, the best service experience I have ever experienced. More
