Acura Service I brought my 2013 Acura MDX in for service and was greeted by Jordan. Jordan has helped me before and has always been courteous and helpful. He is very good at explaining all repairs and associated charges. He is a great communicator. He kept in touch the entire time my car was being repaired. After I picked the vehicle up and continues to hear the same noise he was very good at managing my expectations as they took my TL again to attempt to figure out why the noise could still be heard. He engaged in conversation about a used car we were buying for our daughter (first time driver) and suggested we have that vehicle checked over before buying it. We decided that was a good idea abs were pleased with the review that Jay Wolfe Acur did of the used car. More
