2019 RDX a nice seamless process from order to pickup. good people and quality dealership. Jimmy has not met a person who does not feel like a long time friend and he made me feel that want to buy a vehicle him years ago, just because he's such a fun and dynamic person. Jon Stout was very easy to work with and always very helpful from start to finish (and made sure the final pick up process was streamlined and educational). The only "odd" hiccups in the whole car evaluation & buying process were: 1. Acura did not provide the 2019 RDX model for showing at the KC Auto Show leaving myself (and the dealership) to wait over 4 months for any quality information regarding pricing, options and/or even seeing the model. Come on Acura, the KC Market is one of your strongest sales; make us feel important. 2. Sam, general manager shut the lights out on Jon & I as we were trying to get our deal done and then made sure we were shuttled us out of the building at closing time without allowing us to complete the work that Jon was wanting to have done (not I), leaving us to set up a time later to get our deal done. Let Jon shut down the shop next time if you have dinner waiting at home (I did but I was OK with staying to help Jon get thru paperwork and options). Looking forward to many years of working with Acura and Jay Wolfe after nearly 20 years in the BMW world. More

We were treated very respectfully and courteously by every one at each interaction we had. The dealership itself is well designed, clean, modern and has wonderful lounge amenities for customers. We were given a very fair price on the RDX and a more than fair trade in on our car. Very, very positive experience and I look forward to continuing the relationship for service on our new Acura.
