Norm listened, did not pressure, responded to every question with an answer (even if it meant he had to search), was respectful, and just over all pleasant to work with. He understood exactly what we wanted and where we wanted to stay dollar wise. There was no trying to sell us on more than we wanted. He delivered and more on the purchase and when we came back in to add a couple of accessories he continued his good reputation by helping us out in the process. Great car, amazing service. It was a very cold day, but seconds after we got onto the lot, Jimmy Carpenter came out to meet us. We had some concerns (some interior water stains) which he addressed and had repaired, even though it meant a few extra days and moving the car between their locations to find a technician capable of figuring it out. I needed a few extra days to get the money together, and he was happy to help. No pressure, sincere concern (even contacted previous owner to answer some questions) and amazing customer service. This dealership is luxurious, and all the staff we met were genuinely friendly and helpful. We could not be happier with our beautiful blue Subaru, and the buying experience was the icing on the cake. I will be recommending this place and Jimmy Carpenter to anyone I know that is looking for a car. Thank you so much! More
