What a trip! Service writter tried to charge me for free service? When I asked about it, she turned into a SNOT! Found oil on my chassis, steering wheel, and drivers seat from my oil change, I guess from a service? When I asked about it, she turned into a SNOT! Had a problem with a service visit to repair my Acura that purchased at Jay Wolfe Acura. Found out that the certified pre-owned warranty doesn't cover as much at the salespeople say they do. And to bea that purchased at Jay Wolfe Acura. Found out that the certified pre-owned warranty doesn't cover as much at the salespeople say they do. And to beat all, we purchased the extended warranty after being told that if we didn't we would have to pay a MUCH higher percentage rate. Come to find out that is pretty much illegal - not cool. However, the service manager told me that our repair wasn't covered by the extended warranty either. Funny to hear that after being told differently by the finance person that the warranty covered "everything." Should have read the small print on what was covered with the warranty at the time of purchase you say? Too bad the finance person said "you will be mailed a coverage booklet in the mail." Not cool - thanks for xxxxxx me for the extended warranty Jeff Johnson. More

I see some old reviews that say bad things, but I'd just like to say how much I like the staff at Jay Wolfe. I've heard nothing but good things about them in the last 3 years that I've owned my TL, nor have like to say how much I like the staff at Jay Wolfe. Many times over they've helped me on costs or done non-warranty work for free. They're very knowledgeable and I trust them with my car all the time. More
Salesperson lied to me about the order time. The car did not arrive until a full two weeks after I was told it would be in. I missed a vacation a had planned because of it.
