Jim Mattson was very pleasant, responsive and professional during our several month process of looking for a new vehicle. We contacted the dealership by internet, got a very quick response and an appointment for 2 days in the future. Jim was very upbeat, enthused about Acura, Jay Wolfe and had the authority to do what needed t response and an appointment for 2 days in the future. When we met him, he gave us all the information we needed, looked at our 2011 MDX, showed us what was in stock. He told us about the 2013 MDX and gave us a price. We had talked to Hendrix Acura and had intended to go see what they had and they had offered by phone something different than Wolfe. Jim did not bat an eye. He said the same deal could be done and wanted to keep us as their customer. We walked out of the dealership with the plan to pick up our new MDX the next day with all the equipment we wanted and the price we needed. It is so pleasant to be treated like 'adults' with no 'well, I will see what I can get for you' and then making another offer and back and forth. We do not work that way and would have just walked out IF that had happened. It is a pleasure doing business with Jim Mattson and Jay Wolfe Acura. More
Courtney was courteous and gracious going beyond the call of duty with multiple revisits and questions and calls from myself and my daughters. Our experience with Jay Wolfe Acura was awesome from the first time we walked on the lot all the way through to purchasing our MDX. When we went to trade in our other SUV they came in on the high end of th first time we walked on the lot all the way through to purchasing our MDX. When we went to trade in our other SUV they came in on the high end of the trade in value. Our salesman, Jim, was really helpful and very informative, without the high pressure sales. We met the guys in the service dept and one of them gave me his card in case I have any questions about how anything works. We've already had two follow up calls to make sure everything is fine and to see if there is anything we have questions about. This is our first Acura but I'm fairly certain that we'll be part of the Acura family for life. The customer service is great and I highly recommend Jay Wolfe Acura. More

Even though this experience if brought up to Jeff he would know exactly who I am, since I hope to continue to do business with this dealership and by providing this information I hope it would not be us would know exactly who I am, since I hope to continue to do business with this dealership and by providing this information I hope it would not be used against me in future services. I had been talking to Jeff on a previous certified car that ended up being out of my bottom dollar price range. Jeff called me to review another certified car. We chose to move forward on this car but Jeff was still not in my price range but due to the store closing for the night he asked I come back the next day and talk to the financial guy and he would finish things up. Ask me to come in at 1pm so they could detail the car and touchup 2 chips on the door. We got there and Jeff was not available so the Manager, Chris, got me in line with the financial person. The only problem was is he was ready for me to sign papers when there was several purchasing points that I had not finalized with Jeff. So we were in his office for over 90 min settling on things that should have been settled prior to us discussing. Finally things were resolved and we signed the papers. When we went to get the car I noticed the chips were not touched up so Jeff gave me a bottle of touch up paint so I could do it myself (unprofessional to make the customer fix his newly purchased car). The car was not detailed or even washed. There was bird poop on the door window a foot print mark on the rear passenger door, what appears to be oil or makeup on the visor and crude in the corners of the steering wheel (they did provide new mats). That night I sent Jeff and email of my dissatisfaction and asked to schedule the following week a time to bring the car back and have it detailed and touched up. So I did and the request was completed. The concierge area was very nice and professional and ultimately everything has been resolved. More
