I have never seen a dealership that has so many amenities to ensure customer satisfaction. I honestly almost walked away from my purchase due to the 75% decrease in the offer on my trade in as opposed to th to ensure customer satisfaction. The finance employee that was helping me out dropped my interest down and the price of the 4 year warranty significantly to make up for the difference in trade in allowance and I was very surprised at his attempt to rectify the situation. When you purchase the vehicle, they seem great. Their true colors are shown when its time to service. I bought a car from them last year. A week later, I emailed them about their offer...BAMN... $500 less without even looking at the car again? Why? Because I mentioned I needed the money bad to pay fees?
