Ros immediately meet me at my car when i arrived to check what was needed / very friendly and courteous. Ross called me back with cost for repairs needed and went over all of my requests. Price was ok and per Ros would call back when my car was ready. Ros called back and I advised I would not be able to pick up my vehicle due to time, so I asked if dealership was open on Saturday. Ros provided info and I advised pending weather situation I may or may not pick up my vehicle on Saturday but if I had any problem I would call. I went to pick up my car and return loaner car and was approached by another service person. I asked if Ros was in and was advised he was not (i was disappointed but I did not call to check before coming into dealership) per my copy of payment says clerk was Dusty Hancock. The person assisting me went over to Ros's desk for my paperwork then went to middle desk to process my payment gave me my copy and I was on my way. The clerk did not go over any of my paperwork for the work that was done. More

We are dealing with an engine oil leak, low radiator, & persistent low battery problem. Due to the nature of all three problems, all were diagnosed & corrections made or options discussed. As of now, car & persistent low battery problem. Due to the nature of all three problems, all were diagnosed & corrections made or options discussed. As of now, careful monitoring by me is necessary to determine future action to be taken. I wish you had better care packlagges for previously used cars. The driver seat, the leather is pilling. I was told that they replaced it. My account was they tried to patch it when i requested the upper back be replaced when I first purchased the car into to 6 mos of me having the car. For car that I spent so much money on to show that leather doing that is embarrassomg. This is my major problem I have. My Honda Accord I have for almost 10 years did not do that. I am unhappy with this. More
Jimmy was pretty awesome and he was super friendly. He has a really good spirit and a true family man. His kids and wife were all around his desk and even had a mug with their pictures on it. I was set on getting an older acura with more miles than the newer car I'd actually went with. Jimmy brought a different car up to my school and showed it to me an eventually won me over. Overall I got a better deal on a newer model car with less miles opposed to an older car with higher mileage and a little higher sticker price. The process wasn't to long or drawn out and he was very patient, helpful and persistent. Jeff Johnson and jimmy made it possible for me to get a newer car and get rid of my old college wheels. So I really appreciate them and wish them nothing but success in the future! More
