I took my MDX in for a chip repair on the hood. Matt took care of me right way in the service department and sent it to the body shop. Everyone was very nice. However, I was a little disappointed in the quality of the repair, especially for the price. Its better than it was but definitely not as good as I was hoping. More
Rachel was very nice and helpful. The dealership has been renovated and the new service area is the nicest that I've ever seen in a dealership. Debbie helped me apply the, about to expire, maintenance agreement and maximize my benefit in service and produce greater longevity for our 2004 RL. This is the first time I have ever written a review for anything let alone the “dreaded” car buying experience, but I’m compelled to do so now. My wife and I had been looking for a few months and decided anything let alone the “dreaded” car buying experience, but I’m compelled to do so now. My wife and I had been looking for a few months and decided to stop by Jay Wolfe to check out a couple TL’s we saw online. We are extremely glad we did. Jimmy Carpenter approached us and asked if we had any questions or if we needed anything. He was very professional, not pushy at all and was extremely knowledgeable not only about the TL’s but the entire lineup new and used. He spent almost an entire Saturday with us letting us test drive multiple cars, taking us to their second inventory lot and not once did we feel like he was trying to just “make a sale” we felt he genuinely wanted to find the best car for us based on our needs. There were a lot of people looking that day being one of the first nice Saturdays of the winter yet he was never distracted or tried to push us along. Just as much as I trust and rely on my 2000 TL with 350,000 miles for work, my wife’s 2005 TL with 195,000 and now my new 2013 TL for fun. I trust that Jimmy will be at the other end of the line if I ever need anything regardless how big or small it may be. If you are in the market for an Acura or own one now you already know that the vehicles themselves are impeccable it is just a question of where to buy. The Bottom Line is Jimmy treated us like people, was relatable, had a great personality and he was the sole reason we bought a TL that day at Jay Wolfe instead of the one we were 95% sure we wanted at Superior “Hendricks” Acura. I cannot recommend Jimmy and this dealership enough. Thank you! More
