Have had great experiences at Jay Wolfe dealerships and this purchase experience was not any different. We researched several of the vehicles in this class and visited two other "luxury" dealerships for t this purchase experience was not any different. We researched several of the vehicles in this class and visited two other "luxury" dealerships for test drives. At one of the other dealerships, we had pre-arranged an appointment and were required to wait for thirty minutes before seeing our salesperson and also learned the car we were there to drive had been sold. We were told we should not consider the class leading MDX as it did not have any cup holders in the third row (not true). At Jay Wolfe, Jimmy greeted us and was "no pressure" from the start. Jimmy's knowledge of the MDX was excellent and he was able to explain and demonstrate all of the features on this vehicle. We look forward to keeping this vehicle for several years and returning to Jay Wolfe for all scheduled maintenance. More
