He and Jim also quoted us both an excellent price on the new car and a very good value for our trade-in, so negotiations were very quick and smooth. The car was delivered as promised, and Scott carefully reviewed all features and had the service department meet with us to inform us about normal service requirements. The service dept. was ready, no lines, and the service rep., Matthew, had all paperwork done in less than a couple of minutes. I elected to wait for the car to be serviced. I was escorted to your lounge, had a cup of good coffee (which in itself was a pleasant surprise) and a pleasant area to do some work on my IPad. Mia was pleasant and fixed me a snack--not that there was a place to eat that was so important, but being around pleasant people on your staff is important to me. Matthew apologized for the delay/waiting time, but having a nice place to wait and get some work done made the time go by quickly--the wait time was not excessive. To reiterate, my reasons for giving you a great review: ease of making an appointment for service, pleasant persons to take care of me, taking care of me at the time scheduled, and quality mechanical service. She was candid about other work that would be needed in the future but was not necessary before we left on the trip. (I had been told by NTB that replacing the front struts was vital - Jay Wolfe's mechanic determined it was not urgent. However he found that the power steering fluid was leaking and should be replaced on this visit.) The dealership also honored a service coupon e mailed to me (which I expected them to do) for older cars and provided a loaner for the brief time my car was in the shop. More
I took my car in for an oil change and Matthew told me I had an issue with my air conditioner. They said it wasn't yet "broken" but it will be soon and wanted to see if my warranty would still cover. I waited for a while to get an answer, but in the end he said it was covered so let's fix it now before it is truly broken. Amazing! I think most companies would not do anything as preventative and make you take your chances on it breaking later. If it's still under warranty at that point then good for you. If not, oh well. And he set me up with a loaner car so I didn't have to stress about how I was going to get to work and back to pick up my car car while the work was being done. Also the new facility is awesome. More

I found him to be very knowledgeable, engaging, professional, and responsive - and possessing a good sense of humor. He respected that I pretty-much knew what I wanted when I came in, and did not try to up-sell me. The price and trade I got was very fair... met my constraints and parameters with very little haggling. I judge a dealership based on the relationships I have with its people, not all the bells and whistles, coats and ties, and free food it offers.
