Great service even better with new lounge Went in for an oil change on a Saturday for my Acura TL. Agreed to do B service as well. I thought all was great as usual since this is the only Acu Went in for an oil change on a Saturday for my Acura TL. Agreed to do B service as well. I thought all was great as usual since this is the only Acura dealer that I've let service it (except for 1 oil change on a cross country road trip...also at an Acura dealership). The only thing to note is that it took 90 minutes to get it all done which is 30 mins longer than the "Accelerated Service" they advertise. For me on that day, it wasn't a big deal b/c I sat and watched a game in the awesome lounge and my scheduled event was 2.5 hours after I scheduled my appointment so I built in time in case of delays. But it's something to note if you expect an hour and it goes 30 mins longer. More

Ros was a good advisor but I was a little disappointed to have had to pay $150 at my first oil change service for tire rotation and alignment. I guess I was also under the impression that the extra warranty have had to pay $150 at my first oil change service for tire rotation and alignment. I guess I was also under the impression that the extra warranty I purchased would pay somewhat for that service and it doesn't. So not too happy about that. But other than that, good efficient service for the oil change and car wash. More

I was so impressed wiith the customer service provided by Jay Wolfe Acura, specifically our salesman Jimmy Carpenter. The first time we went in, it was near closing on a Saturday afternoon. He did not hesitate to take us on a test drive even though I'm sure he ended up staying late. When we went back several weeks later he remembered our conversation from our prior visit which made us feel like he was really paying attention to what was important to us. He was very professional and was able to give us a very good overview of the features of the car during the test drive. He was knowledgeable, honest and respectful of our time. It may sound insignificant, but one of the most impressive things about him was that he took the time to thank us and tell us how much he appreciated us requesting him when we came back the second time. He made sure that I was familiar with the staff and the service area and I will definitely look forward to doing business there for service and future purchases. More
