We really appreciated their help and patience in working with us to select the right vehicle to meet our needs. Scott has already called to follow up and see how I am doing with the vehicle. He offered many times for me to come in whenever I have questions and he will personally help me. I plan to take him up on it if I need additional help with all of the great technology features. More

Fixed tire Asked for rear tire to be replaced + oil change. Was quoted a time of 1 hour and 15 minutes including cleaning. Honestly, there were moments I felt like I was being treated way too nicely. Because the service was going to take a full day I was given a loaner car which was ready for me and ready to go when I arrived to drop my car off. The service was performed on time. The price was more than fair and the staff even very graciously agreed to stay late for a few minutes when I went to pick my car off after I was stuck in traffic. To top it off, the representative handed me a piece of chocolate as I left to get in my very nicely detailed and repaired vehicle. Amazing!! More
Stay Away! DO NOT buy a car here or in Springfield! They will rip you off every time you go in for your free oil changes. They will try to "recommend" things that have to be done and some your car may not even have. They did it to me. My fiancé was in there recently and they have to fix something free from warranty and they went through a list of things he "needs" to have done and pay for. The new older lady in service was trying to say how dangerous something's are. She must use this line on everyone because she also did it to me last month. Get 2nd opinions somewhere else. They never have the same prices either. It's like they just pick a price. Only reason they got 1 star is so I could post this to warn others More

After any service visit, I always feel safe in my car regardless of the work done. Just having had a transmission replaced, this is extremely important! My thanks goes to the Client Services office, a corporate individual who assisted in the replacement as well as Quinton Sutton (at the dealership) who does and exemplary job as a Service Consultant. Upon arriving at the dealership, I entered the service department through open doors and was greeted in a very cordial manner.
