Fantastic I came home from vacation and found a leak in my tire and it was already after hours. I wasn't sure what to do since it was past 7pm and the followin I came home from vacation and found a leak in my tire and it was already after hours. I wasn't sure what to do since it was past 7pm and the following day I had to be at work at 8am and immediately drive to Indiana so I was in a panic on what to do. I made an online appointment and asked for a loaner car in the comments with my situation. I had an appointment at 7:15am and showed up at 7am as I didn't have a clue if my appointment and request for a loaner car would be accepted. Upon arrival to the service center there were already 9 cars lined up so I was pretty nervous. I explained to the gentleman about my situation and he said they had 80 appointments for that day and he would try to accommodate me the best he could. He looked up my appointment and told me I already had a loaner car in my name and then led me to my service lady to fill out my paperwork. I was so relieved as it saved my day from being a bigger hassle and was so impressed that they made everything I needed to work out. I know if I would of went to any tire center I couldn't of gotten the same service and I would of had to extend my day with a large hassle to my schedule. More

Everyone is very professional and helpful. Your service department is awesome. The lounge area is wonderful. The food helps. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Acura is the best car we have ever driven and we are in our late 60's and early 70's. Honda make a solid exceptional car. We just bought our granddaughter a 2002 Honda Civic. I've driven a Honda Prelude in the 80's and bought my daughter a Honda Accord in the 90's. We love your products. You spoil people with your professionalism, and the SERVICE department is awesome. I was very pleased with the service I received from your dealership and from Dustin Hancock in particular. He went above and beyond my expectations in helping me come to resolution on pricing for the repair of my 2011 Acura RDX, especially given that my insurance company was not helpful at all in that area and I felt very disappointed in the coverage I received from them. Even though that was not Dustin’s problem, he understood that it was a difficulty for me, and worked with me to get the pricing in line, as well as generously allowing me the use of a loaner vehicle for a longer period than either of us originally anticipated. It eased my stress levels considerably to know that he was “on my side” in the endeavor, and was so willing to provide such excellent service. I can’t speak highly enough of my experience, and must say that since purchasing my Acura I have had nothing but positive experiences from the Jay Wolfe Acura dealership, and I’m very happy to share that information with my friends as well. More

Very professional staff and LOVE that they have updated "The Lounge" - makes coming there for service - or even a new car sale - just that much better. We were able to grab a snack and a drink since we were coming straight from work. I've had service done there previously over lunch and it's great to be able to take care of everything in one place. We have purchased 3 Acura's from Dean Saddler and every experience has been great. Highly recommend this dealership and working with Dean. More
