I recently needed to have some service completed and thought since Jay Wolfe was closer I would give them another shot. Dusty Hancock was my Service Manager and he did an excellent job. He went above and beyond when he personally brought my car to me when the service was completed. This little added touch of customer service has made me reconsider working with Superior Acura or Hendrick Acura and change to Jay Wolfe Acura for my service needs. On the first day that we took the car in for an appointment (8 in the morning), I had not heard anything from anyone by about 4:30, so I called the service department. That person indicated that the car was finished. I rushed like crazy to get to the service department by 6:00 PM that evening....only to find Quinton who said the car was still being tested. Don't know where the breakdown occurred. that's my only criticism...everything else was good and professional. More
A-1 maintenance service appointment I was easily able to make my appointment at a convenient time. When I arrived I was taken care of immediately and escorted to the waiting area where I was easily able to make my appointment at a convenient time. My wait time was short, the service was explained to me by a friendly service representative and the cost was reasonable. The service department washed and vacuumed my car, too so it was a pleasant and positive visit. More

He quickly gave me facts on resale vales of the VW vs the MDX, the optional 3rd row of seating, and higher quality of the MDX. All in 1 minute standing in line for a bagle! Tom sold the trip to the showroom. He did not buy my bagle, however. On the show room floor Tom was excellent in giving the feature descriptions. He also has the ability to offer consulting vs. just sales, which all of us in the sales profession strive for; thus the feature benifit (or lack of) informaiton from Tom guided me through the options quicly. On my question about the difference in the price of a 2014 and a 2015, he mentioned that present difference would not be as great when I went to sell the MDX. I realized I was only thinking of the present difference in price an not the future difference in price between the two modle years when I went to sell the MDX in 4 or 5 years. I went with the 2014. Finally, I mentioned that Edmonds had stated the 2015 MDX had a new engine and some added aluminum panels. Tom was concerned that this is not the case and did look up the article. I was reading a review on the 2014 and Tom corrected me. More

I just met a new guy at this visit and I have had a lady help me in the past before who is excellent. Transmission flush and oil change I had put off get the transmission service but agreed to get it done this time. Oil change and transmission were both done in just over and hour.
